Created in 2006, Willow Homes is an infill development company based in the historic Barelas neighborhood in downtown Albuquerque.

In a nutshell, we take beautiful older structures and renovate them top to bottom. Our style is contemporary but we revere the architectural beauty inherent in these structures. We embrace the materials and style of the home, and mate it with modern amenities such as gourmet kitchens or AV data cabling. The end result is a stylish space that honors the past while embracing modern technology.

From the projects we select, the size of our homes, the waste we produce, and the energy efficiency of our homes, we proudly consider ourselves green developers. We reuse much of the materials that we remove from our homes, insulate like crazy, install energy efficient heating and cooling, and are incorporating solar power and passive solar heating into our upcoming projects.
